MEETING PACKAGES
The Meeting space is $50.00 per hour and is available
in the following increments:
2-Hour Package – *$100.00
Rental fee will be waived with a catering order of $70 or more
4-Hour Package – *$200.00
Rental fee will be reduced with a catering order of $75 or more
6-Hour Package – $300.00
Rental fee will be reduced with a catering order of $75 or more
All community organizations must provide proof of 501(c)3 status or an association charter
Organizations with appropriate documentation are eligible for a discount up to $25 per hour.
*Meeting space rental rates are subject to 7% sales tax and 10% gratuity.

CATERING
The menu selections are up to you with options to suit all preferences and diets. All food & beverage selections for the H. J. Russell conference room are reserved from the Chick-fil-a Catering Menu Only.
TECHNOLOGY
State-of-the-art SMART TV and sound systems, advanced high-speed and wireless internet provided when you secure your meeting. Other meeting essentials are available at an additional cost.
SERVICE
Each reservation comes with a dedicated meeting attendant to facilitate a seamless delivery of all your catering and technology needs.
